Here are the evidences to support the validity of our evidences that renders my client innocent and free from any kind of allegations regarding the tax fraud of any type in any manner.The witness Spencer claims that in February 1975 , he met with Mr. Lowe at the Companyà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s office with aim of figuring out taxes for the company on an annual meeting. It is evident that Mr. Spencer is the man behind this particular criminal activity that is in question because he asked Mr. Lowe if there could be any possibilities to reduce the taxes of the SA Company. On a clear note, Lowe answered that if such expense and alteration would be made, the expense would be increased while the taxes reduced. This statement gives a reflection of the degree of integrity in Lowe. Mr. Lowe evidently left the premise leaving Spence with Ode who accordingly adjusted the accounts payable book and the companyà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s daily financial documents. However, the Mr. Lowe was forced to sign the tax return unknowingly as it is the stand ard procedure for the future development of the company and an order from his senior. In addition, it is evident that Ode made the daily financial books but failed to update and create the accounts payable ledger and phony back backup bills. Fascinatingly, the slip of paper produced by Ode is total and complete evidence that Mr. Charles Lowe did not participate in this kind of allegations.
